The Modern Piercing Techniques
Nowadays, the art of piercing is very popular among people, especially for teenagers. In the past, piercing was only done by the women or pirates in their ears but today the art of piercing has been developed. Piercing is not only something done by women but also by the men, and the object of piercing is not only in the ears anymore. The body parts such as belly and nose also can be the good place for piercing.
There are many modern techniques for piercing. The popular technique for ears piercing is cartilage piercing. Instead of using the old technique for ears piercing, the conventional one, many teenagers especially the male chooses this method for piercing their ears. The other technique for piercing is the labret piercing. When cartilage is known as the piercing method for ears, labret is the method to pierce the lip’s area. It is more complex than cartilage, and it must be done carefully.
Although the piercing objects are located in the same location but the technique for piercing can be different. For example, the ears can use cartilage technique but for the end of the ear tunnel, the technique used is tragus piercing. It is more painful than cartilage piercing but however, many people still do it.
